At Emaan House, we provide a range of services and support to help our clients heal from the effects of abuse and to build stronger, safer lives. As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to support our team of professionals as they work to provide counselling, legal assistance, education and employment training, and support groups to our clients. You will also have the opportunity to contribute your skills, talents, and time to help create a safe and supportive environment for the women and children who come to us for help.

Donations
We need a nursery for the refuge.
Women fleeing abuse usually need timeout just to think for a few hours, maybe attend job centre appointments. Childcare during this period is so vital, so children can thrive instead of seeing mum upset all the time.
Your donations will help with both the morhers and childs mental wellbeing.
What we will do?
The £5,000 will be spent on purchasing a porter cabin, to decorate and renovate to create a welcoming environment.
We will purchase a range of books to help children have that early love of reading.

For less than a cup of coffee, you can setup a standing order, where you can support a resident through a difficult period in their life, to help them rebuild their lives.
These packs can include furniture packs when they move into their new homes for beds, wardrobes, cookers, microwaves, fridges etc.
